Bella is a big softie, despite weighing 34 kilos (75 pounds) and being built like a brick outhouse. She loves her family and is a great guard dog, often barking before the doorbell.
I found Bella in a wheelie (garbage) bin in the city when she was a tiny puppy. As we'd just come back from Italy we named her Bella, Italian for beautiful!
Bella doesn't like vacuum cleaners, cats on TV, balloons or anything to do with chilies. Being a proper Perth girl, though, she loves a run on the beach, and playing in the water.
Being found by us was like her winning the lottery ... we spoil her rotten. And we love her very much!
