Chi Chi has brought so much joy to so many people's lives, and she turned 13 just a few days ago! She is the most loving dog I have ever seen! She is a teacup Chihuahua, but not a barky "yap dog" like some people believe all chihuahuas are! She has a stuffed animal "boyfriend" whom she is very fond of and faithful to! She can even read upside down, to as you can see in this picture! Chi Chi gets really excited when you tell her that she's going to grandma and grandpa's house! They spoil her rotten - not that we do not!
