Lily, we actually call her 'Silly Lily' because she is a very silly
dog and is always happy. She is and has been a wonderful girl! We got
her when she was eight weeks old. I had been laid off at the time and she
helped to keep my spirits up and keep me busy (she was always up to
something).
She loves everyone and always wants to be the center of attention and
likes to be pet all the time. The more people around her the happier
she is!! At six months old we got another rescue, Bogie, a Springer
Spaniel/Beagle mix and since then they have been best buddies and do everything
and go everywhere together.
Lily knows when you are down or sick and always stays with you. She
won't leave your side the whole time and will follow you everywhere.
When it is bed time she lets you know by pacing back and forth from
the living room to bedroom until you give in and head to bed. She is a
little grouchy in bed, if you move around to much she will give you a
polite nudge.
She has brought us so much joy to us and our friends, her freckles and
constant wagging tail and big eyes just suck you right in. Bogie has
the best friend any dog could have and the two of them make us smile
every minute of every day!
