Snowball is our first dog and in many ways our first child. Even though she looks like a Maltese, she's a true mutt. Doggie DNA testing tells us she's a combination of many dogs that she looks nothing like! The thing that makes Snowball truly a great dog is her outgoing personality. She has more spunk than most people, and a true sassy attitude. Sometimes she gives you a smirk or a look that makes you wonder if she's not just a person trapped in a dog's body.
We adopted Snowball from another family who could no longer care for her. Snowball was just too feisty for them. She had figured out how to open her cage, as well as that of her brother Pepe, to allow them to go out exploring. Snowball would disappear into the woods behind her house for days at a time - just to return like nothing was amiss. Now at an age of twelve-ish, we keep a much closer eye on her ... but we know that she still would like to go exploring.
Snowball enjoys getting treats, napping, and generally being the center of attention. Pretty soon she is going to have a human sister who she will enjoy giving kisses to and guarding at all times.
