Tequila was a street dog until he was rescued by a protectress of animals of the city when he was about 11 months of age. He was so cute that I fell in love with him the moment we met, and just had to take him home! He is a very smart boy - probably how he survived on the streets, so it took some patience but he pretty quickly learned things like wearing a collar would not kill him, and walking into a doorway was not a thing to be feared. He still does not like baths, but gets lots of praise and runs around like a crazy puppy when it is over.
Tequila is a great little dog, and his attitude is much bigger than his size. He keeps me smiling every day. I love him very much!
