Daisy is a five-year-old poodle mix rescue dog. She was found on the street and was taken in by Open Arms Rescue of San Diego. They were unable to find her owners. She was living with a foster family when I found her through Adoptapets. She got along very well with their three dogs and two young children.
She is the easiest dog to care for that I have ever had. She is very kind and gentle. Her favorite things are her squeaky toys, playing fetch, and going on walks. I had her DNA analyzed by Embark and found out she is 40% poodle, also Shih Tzu, cocker spaniel, and Lhasa Apso, and carries no genetic defects. She is a great little lap dog. She is my first rescue dog and I'm so lucky to have her. Everyone I know with a rescue dog is very happy with them, and I am happy to have joined their ranks.
