This is Brice, his full name is Brice Monkey Agnello. Brice is the most amazing pup ever! He was rescued from New York and we brought him back with us to sunny South Carolina where he loves the sunshine! He loves to play with any dog that comes his way and he also loves being the pesky little brother to his 2 sister cats.
When I was 12, I saw the movie, "The Ugly Dachshund" and I was hooked. From then on, all I wanted was a great dane. But my parents said they were too big. After my parents died and I turned 50, I decided it was time. I found Riley by accident on line. I really couldn't afford him, but my nephew, who was 19 said he would give me the money. So, on May 6, 2006, I picked him up at the airport. He was all feet and ears. He doubled in size the next month and by the time he was 6 months old, he was bigger than all my other big dogs.
Riley was never cranky. He rarely barked. He loved everyone. He didn't have a mean bone in his body. He and my boxer, Clancy were best friends. Riley was larger than life and whenever I took him out, people gravitated to him. He never complained. He never minded all the people fussing over him. He was that amazing.
Now he is gone, but I will always love him. He was my friend and I miss him. Rest in Peace my dear sweet big boy, mommy misses you.
