Chloe is special because she has a lot of personality and expression. She listens to every word that is said and cocks her head and wrinkles her forehead trying to understand. When her Pop Pop rubs her back, her mouth goes back and it looks like she is smiling and really enjoying it.
When the alarm goes off each morning and she springs out of bed, grabs one of her toys and drops it on my head. If I don't respond, she then sticks her wet nose in my ear ... over and over again. I have to say, a few times she prevented me from oversleeping and being late for work.
The only time she is bad is when she steals articles of clothing from the bedroom and starts running off them. She wants to be chased. If I yell at her for doing that, she just barks back at me - it's so cute though. If she is really bad, like chewing tissues or leaving me an unwanted present, she automatically puts herself in her bed and hides.
Some people seem to think that Chihuahuas are nippy and nasty, but that is definitely not the case with Chloe. She loves people and will run up to strangers and lick them to death. She is my best pal and I would be very lonely without her.
