Tip is our seven-week-old mixed breed pup. Her Mom was a Goldendoodle and her Dad a St. Berdoodle. Not quite sure what this makes her — other than our mutt!
Tip lives in Laurel, New York, just across the street from the Great Peconic Bay. We hope she will be a strong swimmer when she gets a little older.
What makes Tip so special is her gentle, playful nature and her charm. She steals the heart of anyone she meets!
Tip had big shoes to fill - those of our beloved Yellow Lab Tula - but because her temperament is so loving, she has already wiggled her way into our hearts in just four days. Don't be fooled by her six-pound size. Tip's dad weighed 97 pounds and her mom 45 so she's got a major growth spurt ahead of her!
We rescued Tip from the wonderful folks at the Southold Animal Shelter ... or did she rescue us? By the way, Tip gets her name from the splash of white that appears at the tip of her tail.
