This is Jake, he's three years old and is a Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel mix. He lives with two other dogs in Kimball, Michigan. He may look innocent here, but what makes him special is his uncanny ability to be the biggest troublemaker I've ever dealt with, but then gives you those eyes and just makes your heart melt and forgetting he just ate half of the flower garden.
Still, he is a good boy. As sad as he looks, that is just those Cocker Spaniel eyes. He is as sweet as can be.
He's very affectionate, always looking to snuggle. He's easily excitable and seems to always have a smile on his face! He doesn't know any tricks, unless you count climbing the chicken wire fence like a ladder to get out of the yard. Here's a full body photo of him. It's older, but it gives a good idea of what he looks like. He's not too different from a Retriever, except the eyes. :)
