Reggie is my senior boy, he is a seventeen-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. He is such a great dog that my next dog is a Jack Russell mix whom I hope to have around just as long. He's only two now.
Reggie has been energetic all his life, but is slowing down a little bit now. He has always enjoyed a soft blanket, and likes to roll up and "nest" in them, as you can see! He is always curious, barks to alert me to visitors, but then wins them over with his undeniable charm and cuteness. Some people still mistake him for a puppy, and so are surprised when I tell them his real age. Quite simply, Reggie is my heart dog. He's the best.
