Ronja
is special in many ways. When she was about one month old, I was on
a visit to see her brood and see if I wanted to buy one of them. There
were two who weren't already reserved, and I could choose to reserve one
of them, if I wanted to. I picked out one, and played a little with her,
in the winter garden of the owner. She wasn't scared of me and seemed to
like me. After a little while, she became tired and fell asleep in my
arms. How was I suppose to resist? So a month later, I came back and paid.
and brought her back to my home. The first time at home, she wasn't too
happy, because our other dog didn't accept Ronja as a part of our family,
while Ronja almost idolized her, but after some time they became friends
and seems to like each other. She is really kind and just wants to make everybody happy.
Back to her first day at home, we played and I accidentally knocked my leg
into the table and fell down at the floor. It was really painful, and I
almost started to cry (Which I almost never do), and then she came back
and lied down into my chest and licked me in my face as if she was trying
to console me. She is also the first dog that actually belonged to me. My
father have had many dogs, that I also loved of course, but Ronja is the
first one that is my own.
As a hunter, she is really eagerly and enjoy sniffing at everything she
can. We actually felled a roe deer for her, when she was just about nine
months old. And since I don't have that many friends, she is always there
for me, as a true friend.
