This my Shih Tzu, she has changed my life. I suffer from fibromyalgia and she knows when I am in pain. She is my beautiful gir. Her name is Penny and she cuddles up beside me on the sofa and is better than any medication.
Penny is so loveable! When I take Penny out for her walk we meet lots of dogs and Penny wants to play with then all. Even cats come over to her and rub noses with her. When I am giving Penny her treats, she sits straight up with her front paws lifted and she sits like that until she eats her treats.
As I said, have fibromyalgia and all I have to say to Penny is, "I am sore, sweetheart," and she jumps up beside me and kisses me. She has a soft toy, it's a raccoon and she carries it about in her mouth. When people come to visit, she jumps up on there knee and licks them in greeting. After she does that, she gets her toy and sits with it in her mouth, looking at them as if to say, "Play with me?" I love Penny with all my heart. Without out her I would not leave the house but since I got her I take her for short walks, which is good for both of us.
