This
is Wotan the Newfoundland! He gives us so much love, is always ready to
take me for a walk so I stay healthy, 10 km a day! He seeks to be near me all
the time. When I am gardening he lays in between my rows of strawberries or
undigs the bulbs I have planted, because he wants to arrange the tulips in a
different way. If it is time for a walk and I am cleaning he takes my dustpan
and brings my shoes. When I baking he lays in front of the oven. He is
playful and loving and and is simply a joy to have around.
Wotan is our third Newfoundland and I must say he has all the best
characteristics of the two we had before. Our life is so full of joy and
happiness it is impossible to put into words. Donar the previous
Newfoundland, almost ten years old, had to be put to sleep on September 4th
2012 and my husband and I said " no more dogs, we are getting too old ". But
by February of 2013 I was kneeling in front of him crying because I missed
having a dog so much. In May Wotan came into our lives and It is simply
wonderful! Now I am waiting for the next snow, since I know how much they
love it. The pictures show that Wotan is happy with us, his new family.
