Dougal
is our first family dog. After years and years of wanting one, we
finally have this beautiful bundle of fun! He is a Cavalier King Charle
Spaniel and Bichon Frise mix, which is such a mouthful, people shorten it to Cavachon!
He loves nothing more that hunting around the house for random objects and
bringing them to us to play fetch! The latest items are balls of wool, hair
bands, a wind-up mouse and a brush. After about 30 minutes of craziness,
where he runs in circles around the house and garden, he will lay on the
shelf under the coffee table and sleep, despite the fact that he has a lovely
big comfy bed- he just wants to be near to us.
Another of Dougal's favorite activities is watching the tv. He will sit on my
lap and watch what's going on, refusing to move. and gets irritated if we
make noise and he cannot hear! His favorite program at the moment is friends!
He surely gets plenty of attention, with a constant flow of visitors wanting
to meet our newest family member- we are all enormously proud!! Dougal is the
perfect puppy, despite only arriving home with us a few weeks ago, he is a
cherished member of our family and a complete joy to all of us.
