Gryffin loves everyone so much. He's the sweetest corgi I've ever had - he will greet you enthusiastically (almost crazily) when you return home, loves to cuddle, and always wants to be petted. Sometimes he gets all snuggly on the couch, turns and looks at you (eye contact for sure), and does these little "woof" sounds or whines to get you to come over and pet him. Sometimes he even twitches a leg like "come on over."
The bow tie was for his first birthday, I took some fancy photos showing how grown up he was!
He likes water and swimming pretty well, though he only originally did it because his "big sis" Rachel the corgi did it first. He will follow her anywhere, even into a lake! Now he goes swimming at the dog park. He will sometimes play with toys but mostly likes to run and wrestle with Rachel.
One of his favorite things to do is to get up on the arm of the couch and look out our big front windows and observe the neighborhood. He's one of the friendliest corgis I've known, though he's also kind of a weenie! He's afraid of most things, including cats and guinea pigs :)
He doesn't bark as much as he "talks"- little whines and woofs trying to get your attention. This, coupled with his adorableness, is sure to get you to come over and pet him. He doesn't really know any tricks- he can't even catch something you throw to him! Though he's quite good at the trusty "sit and stay" move. He loves going to the dog park but is also a total couch potato. I think he could nap around all day!
