Peanut is always so excited when I get home from somewhere. When I'm gone a few days to a week, my mom says Peanut looks around for me. Then, when I come home, and she's so happy to see me. She likes to rest next to me.
She's not my family's first dog. My mom really loved her toy fox terrier that passed away, and my older sister did too, so they went to look at pups. The one mom liked was a boy, but they wanted a female sso they got Peanut. As for her personality ... well, she barks a lot, probably thinks she's protecting me and mom. I think she's headshy; she doesn't like water much, but will swim if put in the pool. She loves to run outside (on a harness and leash). I taught her to dance, don't know if she does it right, and she sort of knows how to spin and crawl; sit, stay, lay, paw, high five, speak, leave it, touch.
She is funny - she only seems to want to play with squeaky tennis balls, chipmunks, foxes, and we used to get toy raccoons. I'm sure she has no idea she's supposed to hunt foxes, though. She likes to lay with me, and gets excited, but sometimes wants to run around, too. I love her.
