Hello friends, this is my dog. His name is Bergen and he is a Great Dane. His fur is so black he can be hard to see at night, but he is starting to get a little white on his muzzle as you can see.
Bergen is a great dog, and despite his size, is very friendly, and seems to think he can still fit on my lap like he did when he was a baby puppy. Now, instead, he has to be content with sitting next to me, and leaning on me with his giant head in my lap if he can manage it. He is a very strong boy, but very gentle, and when he sees small children, he walks very carefully, and will lie down so they can pet him.
He does not bark often, but when he does it is very loud! He is impressive to see, but his heart is what makes him the most special dog in the world to me.
