This is Musca. Only one person knew immediately where that name came from. It was because she had a young son interested in astrology. Musca is named after a very small constellation in the southern hemisphere, it�s a Latin word. I wanted a very special name for this very special boy.
Musca loves people, he is also very vocal about his feelings. You know when he has had enough or when it feels good because you are rubbing his ear just right or just so many other things. He is game to try anything I ask of him (an all-around good sport). In his younger years, we were very active.
We are both older and much slower now, but he is still game for anything and has the energy of a dog half his age. He loves games and riding in the car or the golf cart. When we first got the cart, he hopped right in and it was his! He will wait hours, sitting/ laying in the golf cart waiting for me as I visit with neighbors. I have had a few shepherds before Musca and they were all special, but he stands out as being really, really special. I love him.
