Fatoosh
is the most snuggly and loving dog around! He has been so loved since
his very first day with us and returns that love tenfold.
Fatoosh, or "Toosh" as we often call him, is our very first dog. We are Jesse
and Matias, a Chicago couple. Since years ago we had been in love with the
squishy silly faces of pugs. We made the decision to add one to our family in
the summer of 2012. Since that very first day we got little Toosh we have
been in deep love ever since.
Toosh is what we consider a "picture perfect pug"! He's a bit of a ham,
loving to have his photo taken and usually found snuggling us or nearby
chewing on a bone. He's an active and well-traveled dog during the warmer
months as well, enjoying the beach, the park, fishing, festivals and lovely
neighborhood walks. He often struts down our main street and is met with
countless people stopping to enjoy him. He's incredibly sweet and loving to
every person he meets and is especially calm and kind with children. We've
often thought that Fatoosh could qualify as a therapy dog because he makes
everyone smile and seems tuned-in to people's emotions.
Toosh is also a great friend to many dog buddies. He loves all dogs, both
small and large. He often seems to not know his true size, loving to romp and
play with the big dogs at the park.
Perhaps the greatest moments over these last three years have been the quiet
sleepy moments with Fatoosh. When he is in his snuggle-mode, there is no
animal more relaxed or affectionate. Our lives has been forever improved
since the first moment we laid eyes on Fatoosh. We find ourselves telling him
we love him constantly and often exclaim to each other, "How did we get this lucky?"
