Craig's
personality is unlike any other dog you could come across, he has the
most peculiar quirks and traits that you just wouldn't find with other
animal. For example, beagles are renowned for being obsessed with food...
Craig, not so much! Anything that requires any effort to chew will be met
with crying, whining, and barking, until you physically break it up for
him... unless its a stick, he will chew a tree down given half the chance,
or mud, he loves eating mud.
After a day at the beach or park, he loves nothing more than to jump up on
the chair with you, cuddle in and snore his head off! however, if you cuddle
up long enough you'll soon start realizing he's not cuddling you, he's slowly
pushing you off the chair with his paws, or worming his way behind you to
make you move, stealing the blankets or using chemical warfare (pumping) to
make you move.
Craig's favorite thing in the world is a good old scratch on the back or
behind those big floppy ears of his, hit the sweet spot and his kicking back
leg could power a speedboat.
You'll also find he has a strange obsession with sitting on your foot, and
crying until you bounce him up and down, we personally like to call this the
"Hikey Shoe" although i think other people would have a different name for that!
This is a dog that is so stubborn and independent, but doesn't hesitate in
making you feel like the most loved person on the planet!
I went through a break up with a long term girlfriend and ended up in a
really deep, dark, and depressive time in my life. I have never owned a dog
before but knew that dogs have an infectious zest for life and their loyalty
and love would never fade. So I made the decision to get myself a beagle
puppy called Craig.
This dog single handedly saved me from where i was, the bond between us is
unlike anything I've ever felt. I've documented Craigs' life through photos
