I have two pets, Cody and Alex the cat. If you saw them together you would think that Cody was older than Alex, but Alex is older.
Usually cats and dogs fight, but the closest my pets get to fighting is when they play. Instead of hating each other, they love each other so much. When Cody goes outside, as all dgs do, his friend Alex goes berserk, meowing for him to come back in.
Cody is so gentle, and loves Alex so much they eat out of the same food bowl! Alex eats dog food! (We give him cat food, too, but he prefers the bone shapes from the Kibbles and Bits.)
When we first brought Cody home when he was a puppy, we set him by a chair. Alex had never seen a dog, so he didn't know what to think of Cody. But, as time went by, Cody and Alex became best friends for life.
Cody is sweet, patient enough to even wear a headband for his picture, and much loved. He blesses his kitty with affection, and the home with golden hairs like a sprinkling of furry joy!
